Reporting Requirements

The Reporting Section of the system is an important feature, based on which, managers and administrators can gain information about their company and company operations. We have divided the Reports sections into four more subdivisions namely, Maintenance Reports, Time & Attendance Reports, Payroll Movement Reports and Payroll Reports.

Each one of the Reports has a standard format and a basic search screen that helps the user narrow down his search and be more specific about the data he/she wants to be displayed on the report.

The user has the option of choosing the division, the department, the period that interest him/her for the specific report. Based on the report, the selection criteria change every time. The reports are named in a way to guide the user to easily find what he/she is looking for. For example if the user wants a report on general information concerning the company or the employees he/she can search under the Maintenance Reports; if the user wants reports on Payroll information i.e. the taxation of the employee, then he/she can search under the Payroll Reports and find a report called Employee Tax.

The system contains many Reports that are already approved by government authorities and they can be used (filled in and printed by the system) directly for a specific reason. Some of these reports are the Tax P.A.Y.E.E., IR7, IR63, Bank Payment Slip etc.
